PROACTIVE AI SYSTEMS provides Web-Based Business Solutions, Enterprise Software Architecture, Fintech Systems, Neo-Banking Integrations, and high-performance Mobile Applications to clients worldwide in both onshore and offshore delivery models.

• Technology Provider Exclusivity: We operate solely as an application software provider and do not participate in direct selling, multilevel marketing, or speculative trading operations.
• No Unlawful Schemes: We strictly do not engineer, promote, or facilitate any money circulation or deceptive financial schemes.
• Data Confidentiality: We never monetize, sell, or disclose proprietary client databases to third parties.

• Binding Agreement: Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed effective upon your initial access to our platforms or commencement of service engagements.
• Eligibility & Age: By accessing our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity under applicable laws.
• Corporate Authority: If entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity or organization, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to contractual commitments.

• Proprietary Ownership: All codebase architectures, UI frameworks, documentation, brand assets, and custom algorithms are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
• License Scope: PROACTIVE AI SYSTEMS grants clients non-exclusive, defined licenses in accordance with executed Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. Redistribution or decompilation without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
• User Submissions: Any non-confidential feedback or operational suggestions submitted to us may be utilized to improve ongoing platform features without obligation.

• Security Tampering: Attempting to probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or breach authentication mechanisms without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Harvesting: Deploying automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content or database structures is unauthorized.
• Malicious Content: Transmitting viruses, trojans, worms, or any harmful payloads across our API endpoints or servers will result in immediate termination and legal action.

• Service Level Standards: We employ reasonable endeavors to ensure our hosted systems are reliable, defect-free, and protected against downtime.
• Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance, security patching, and infrastructure upgrades are performed periodically with advance notification where feasible.

• Standard Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROACTIVE AI SYSTEMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform misuse.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, sovereign network outages, or telecommunication disruptions.
